General Info & Timings
- Entry Deadline – Friday 24 April, 11:59pm.
- Open to club members only, minimum age for entry is 12.
- We plan to split all events into two roughly equal sized divisions based on points rankings, the final draw structure will depend on entry numbers.
- All events will run over both weekends; please make sure you are available for ALL days as needed.
- We will try to provide some flexibility around scheduling.
- Matches on Friday nights will start at 6pm, Sat & Sun will run from 8am to 8pm.
- Due to total court capacity, we will decide whether there will be any consolation (first round loser) draws once final entry numbers are confirmed.
- Early rounds may be scheduled both indoors & outdoors depending on draw sizes & court availability, later rounds will be indoors.
- All matches will count for points under the WTN Grading system.
- Events and player communications will be managed via the Tennis NZ Tournament Planner System.
- Entry Fees - $20 for singles events, $15 per person for doubles events.
- All entry fees MUST be paid online via the system at time of entry.
- Party Entry - $15 - tournament players, $20 - non-tournament players. Party ticket sales for players will be at time of entry, for non-players these will be sold via the club’s Online Store or over the bar.
- Matches will the best of 3 sets with the 3rd set being a super tiebreaker.
